Terms of Purchase

Users register for one of three subscription plans, each providing a set amount of AI-generated content credits. A 7-day free trial is offered so you can explore Orren and see if it's the right fit. After the free trial ends, users must purchase a paid plan to continue generating content.

Subscription and Credits

By subscribing or purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method (via Stripe) for the selected plan. The Starter, Pro, and Max plans are priced differently and automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Each plan includes a predetermined number of credits, and users can purchase additional credits (“top up”) at any time using their registered payment method.

7-Day Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to explore Orren. At trial end, users will not be able to continue using the application and generating content unless they subscribe to a paid plan.

Billing & Payment

We require a valid payment method on file. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store your full credit card details. You may be responsible for applicable taxes on your subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at each billing cycle until you cancel. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Price Changes

We may update plan prices or credit allotments with advance notice. If subscription prices increase, we will give at least 30 days’ notice before the new price applies. You may cancel if you do not agree to any price change.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations stop future recurring charges. For refund eligibility, please see our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee policy below.

Refund Conditions

Within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a refund if:

  • You try it and don't use it - Full refund, no questions asked
  • You try it and it doesn't save you time - Still eligible for a refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@orren.io within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your account email and reason for the refund request.

After 30 Days

After the 30 day period, all sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Legal Compliance

Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, we may offer additional refunds under specific, legally mandated circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be processed in compliance with the relevant consumer protection laws.

Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, misuse of the service, or inactivity. For example, an account inactive for over a year (without a paid plan) may be closed after warning.

General Terms

All purchases are governed by applicable laws. We do not warrant specific results from the service; use of AI-generated content is at your own risk. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these purchase terms and any other applicable policies.
